• There is no set date for the removal of the Switch to Old/New Files Page button at this time. Instructure notes that the button will be available through Fall 2025.

Manage individual file or folder

1. Click on the three dots (⋮) at the end of the file name.
2. Select an action from the drop-down menu.

Bulk manage files or folders

1. Select all the files you want to manage.
2. Choose to Download or 
3. Delete all selected files. 
4. Click on the three dots (⋮) to bulk edit files permissions, manage usage rights, or to move files.

Set usage rights (copyright) and availability and visibility of a file

1. Set usage rights (copyright) for a file. For courses and groups using usage rights, you must set usage rights for a file before it can be published. Files that do not contain a usage right display as a warning icon.
2. Edit the permission of the file. Files can be published, unpublished, or scheduled availability. 

1. Click on Setting on the left navigation pane.
2. Under Course Details, click the check box for File Copyright.
3. Click on Update Course Details to save your changes.

2. choose availability from the drop-down menu. 
3. click on visibility. 
4. choose visibility from the drop-down menu. 
5. click on Save. 

To disable Course Analytics from the Course Navigation pane:

1. Click on Settings on the course menu.
2. Select the Navigation tab at the top.
3. Locate Course Analytics, click the three dots next to it, and choose Disable. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply your changes.
