Packback Change for Fall 2026
Starting Fall 2026, Packback will now be paid through a central agreement moving forward. Although students no longer need to pay directly, this is not considered an enterprise/university-wide tool and there is a limited number of licenses. Please contact your academic liaison (see the link in the information panel on the left of this screen) if you have any questions. **8/25 update - if a student inadvertently paid for the tool, please have them reach out to help@packback.co to receive refund and ensure that they are on the university's license.**

Packback is an online discussion platform that employs the use of AI (artificial intelligence) to provide feedback, auto-moderate the discussion, and score students’ posts on the basis of curiosity, credibility, communication, and convention.
