Last participation data missing from student analytics CSV reports

- Last Participation Time data is missing from the students analytics CSV report for all students. However, on the UI, the Last Participation date is displayed.
Expected Behavior
- For the Last Participation Time data to be included in the CSV report.

Steps to Reproduce
- Access a course with students that have previously participated in a course (submitted an assignment/quiz/…). Make sure that data on New Analytics is already updated.
- Navigate to the Students tab under New Analytics.
- On the UI, you can see the Last Participation data being displayed.
- Download the CSV report, and notice that the Last Participation data points are missing from the report.
