CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS IN CANVAS

Stay up to date with important messages from your course instructors by confirming your TAMU email address in Canvas. Additional tips can be found in our TAMU Email Confirmation Guide.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR CANVAS DASHBOARD

Follow important course announcements by customizing your notifications in Canvas. Download the Canvas app for when you need to check announcements on the go! Learn more about managing your Canvas notifications.

ENSURE YOU USE YOUR TAMU GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Make sure you are logged in to your TAMU Google account when using the Google integration in Canvas. This will ensure that you have access to course materials when using Google through Canvas.

LEVERAGE LINKEDIN LEARNING TO GET A LEG UP

All Aggies have unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, which offers thousands of videos that allow you to gain new skills, learn new hobbies, and even boost your LinkedIn resume.

GET HELP WITH OUR 24/7/365 SUPPORT

Canvas support is offered around the clock to all Aggies. Just click the Help button on the left-side navigation within Canvas. USING ZOOM FOR TAMU MEETINGS

Use the Single Sign-On option when accessing Zoom meetings created by Texas A&M accounts. You can sign into Zoom two ways. For information about these options, visit our TAMU Zoom login guide.

Update your Zoom software to version 5.8.0 or later to maintain access to all TAMU Zoom meetings. Users will not be able to join or create Zoom meetings with older versions. For more information about updating your Zoom account, visit Zoom’s Support Page.
