Stay up to date with important messages from your course instructors by confirming your official Texas A&M email address – which is <yourNetID>@tamu.edu – in Canvas. Visit the Canvas Student Guide for additional information.

Follow important course announcements by customizing your notifications in Canvas. Download the Canvas app – available for Android or Apple – for when you need to check announcements on the go! Learn more about managing your Canvas notifications.

Ensure you use your Texas A&M Google account
Make sure that you are logged in to your Texas A&M Google account when using the Google integration in Canvas to ensure that you have access to all course materials.

Using Zoom for your courses, office hours and other university activities
When signing in to Zoom with either the desktop or mobile app versions, use the Single Sign-On option to access Zoom sessions hosted by Texas A&M. For information about updating your Zoom account, visit the university's support page.

Canvas support is offered around the clock. Just click the "Help" button on the left-side navigation within Canvas.
