Course Merge Deadlines
The deadline to request course section merges through aihelp@tamu.edu is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2. Due to a potential loss of student data, no exceptions will be made.
Review the full list of merge deadlines for each semester.
The above date is for the standard Summer II part of term start date. For parts of term that have alternative part of term start date, section merges must be done the day prior to the first day of the course by the Office for Academic Innovation.

Duplicate Sections now Available in Canvas
ORCA now has the ability to create duplicate sections in Canvas. Duplicate sections are meant to be used for sections that need two sets of content in Canvas.
Request a duplicate Canvas shell for sections that need two sets of content.

REMINDER: eCAMPUS IS GOING AWAY IN AUGUST
Texas A&M University faculty, staff, and students will not be able to access eCampus after August 31, 2021.
