We encourage you to follow the steps below to ensure your grades in Canvas are submitted to Howdy accurately.
Verify there are no blank cells in the gradebook and that all grades are posted
We worked with a cross-section of faculty in the Grade Experience Improvement pilot to build a new Potential Grade Submission Discrepancy Alert that will display in Howdy when using the Import Grades from Canvas tool. This message will alert instructors of potential grade discrepancies between what was submitted to Howdy and what is displayed in Canvas.
If your course section has any potential grade discrepancies after the grade submission window closes, you will receive an email from the Office for Academic Innovation with more information and a link to a report accessible via ORCA.
