Fall Course Shell Release Date

All Fall 2021 courses, full (202141) and half-year (202135) terms, are now available in Canvas in an unpublished state.

Once you publish your course, it will be available to students in a Read Only state until the first day of the term.


Please note the deadlines for merging courses for Fall.

Monday, August 23 11:59 PM - Deadline to merge course sections through self-service feature in ORCA

Friday, August 27 5:00 PM - Deadline to request course section merges through

Due to a potential loss of student data, no exceptions will be made for the August 23 and August 27 deadlines.


ORCA’s Self-Service Features are Designed to Assist with Your Course Management

TAMU’s Online Request Course Administration (ORCA) system now allows several self-service features in one convenient platform.
