ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO COMPLETE COURSE EVALUATIONS
Course evaluations are now available for students to access through the AEFIS Tools integration in Canvas. Enable the AEFIS Tools integration in your course navigation for a quick way for students to submit their course evaluation. Access more information on university-wide standardized items, procedures and recommended strategies for bolstering response rates, walk through guides from both the student and instructor perspective, and other FAQs. |

SPRING CANVAS SHELLS RELEASED
Spring 2022 Canvas course shells have been released in an unpublished state. Once courses are published, they will remain in a read-only state for students until the first day of the term. Manage your Canvas course with the resources located on our Course Management page. |

SPRING SECTION MERGE DEADLINES
Requests to merge course sections must be received by January 11, 2022 via ORCA to take effect in Canvas. You should not publish your course until these actions have been applied. Due to a potential loss of student data, no exceptions will be made for the January 11 and 14 deadlines. |
