In our continuing effort to provide the most comprehensive academic support possible, we have partnered with campus to utilize the Canvas Observer feature for your classes. This feature allows your scholastic supervisor and learning specialist, if applicable, to use Canvas to view course syllabi, announcements, assignment rubrics and posted grades for your classes without requiring students to be present in the Nye Academic Center to review this information. It also allows us to get real time updates on changes to assignments and due dates to help you avoid missed work and/or late submissions. All of these observations are done in accordance with campus and FERPA regulations and in consultation with the Office of the Provost and the Faculty Senate.  If you have questions about the process please do not hesitate to reach out to your scholastic supervisor or Mr. Joe Fields in the Nye Academic Center for further clarification.
