Error while processing or retrieving the document

Issue: Instructors receive the message ‘Error while processing or retrieving the document’ when attempting to grade within SpeedGrader. Students also receive a similar message when submitting.

Solution: No current solution exists, but it is an open known issue that Canvas is aware of and should be working to address.
