Issue: Instructors or associate roles attempt to upload a file and receive an error message stating: ‘Error: Your Request Failed Status code 400’. This error means the course storage quota has been exceeded.

Solution: TAMU offers a number of cloud storage solutions that allow for additional storage that are integrated within Canvas. View the Multimedia Options available at TAMU for more information.
