Digital Desk slow to process exams, not importing all grades

When importing grades from Digital Desk to Canvas, the processing of the exam is slow and delayed. This is especially true with exams that have a large number of students.

In addition, after assigning the exam in Canvas, grades for some students are missing.


We have reached out to the vendor for Canvas (Instructure) to report the observed behavior and their engineers are aware. There is currently no ETA on when this issue or behavior will be fixed. 

If importing grades from Digital Desk, please allow additional time for grades to process. After importing and assigning grades, instructors will need to manually input any grades for the missing students.
